The contents of this website is provided for the purpose of creating customised Roadmap graphics for your business.

It is important to note that the final graphic is the responsibility of the customer to review and approve before making payment.

We make every effort to ensure the accuracy and quality of the graphics but ultimately it is your responsibility to carefully review the graphic for errors, omissions or discrepancies before finalising your order.

We will not be liable for any issues that arise from approving a graphic that contains errors or does not meet your expectations. Please review your graphic carefully before submitting payment to ensure complete satisfaction with your final product.

Revisions Policy

While we are committed to ensuring the quality and accuracy of your Carbon Reduction Roadmap it is important to note that revisions will only be made if they are directly relevant to the original data that the Carbon Reduction Roadmap’s was based upon. If during the revision process the requested changes lead to the Roadmap significantly deviating from its original and hence becoming a new Roadmap then we reserve the right to refuse to revise the Roadmap.  Legitimate revisions to your Task-Map can only be made within 5 working days of payment, after this period no further revisions will be allowed.

Turnaround Policy

We endeavour to complete and return your draft proof Carbon Reduction Roadmap within 7 days of receiving your order.  However, this turnaround period does not include weekends, bank holidays, Easter or Christmas holidays.  This policy also applies to revisions to your Roadmap.  

Payment

Payment for your Carbon Reduction Roadmap can be made either by bank transfer or via PayPal.  Payments must be made in full before we release your completed Roadmap to you.
